With over 20 years of experience at Colorado Mesa University, I’ve worn many hats on campus. From student Ambassador to Business Communications lecturer to now Director supporting first-generation and underserved students. My work is rooted in service leadership and inspired by training from the Disney Institute, where I learned the power of small moments in creating big impact. I’m passionate about helping students find their purpose, build confidence, and access resources that help them thrive academically, personally, and professionally. Whether it’s designing engaging workshops, rethinking support structures, or guiding a nervous first-year through their first advising appointment, my focus is always on meeting students where they are and helping them move forward.

When I’m off campus, I’m usually embracing the happy chaos of family life with two kids, a busy schedule, and a healthy dose of spontaneity to keep things interesting. I love crafting, planning my next travel adventure (even if it’s just a day trip), and surrounding myself with all things purple. My life is a mix of creativity, laughter, and a little bit of organized chaos, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
