A panel discussion moderated by University of Colorado Assistant Professor Matthew Burgess will follow. Panelists include Konstantin Kisin and President of the American Conservation Coalition Chris Barnard. Konstantin Kisin is a Russian-British satirist, author and Triggernometry podcast co-host. Konstantin explores themes of free speech, censorship, and modern social disclosure.
