Director of Facilities Services

A civil engineer with a degree from Colorado State University, Kent Marsh came to CMU Facilities Services in 2008. Prior to joining the CMU staff, he worked as a regional engineer for a consulting firm. His current job as facilities director is similar to that of a property landlord.

"We are the boots on the ground to make sure that your first impression and your last impression of campus are good ones," he said.

When he is away from the office, Kent enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children and going fishing at Vega State Park and Lake Powell.

"I tell my kids that it's a necessary life skill. School is great, but you gotta know how to fish."
