Mindy Gutierrez works in the Early Childhood Education (ECE) program, assisting with outreach, recruitment and many other tasks in support of growing the program. She has 15 years of experience in early childhood education as a certified ECE Teacher and Director and credentialed with a Preschool Bilingual Child Development.
