Jessica Ferro has spent more than 15 years working with livestock in the agriculture industry, 10 of which have been with various large and small animal veterinary practices throughout the western United States. Her favorite of these clinics was a large animal practice in rural Illinois.

Before joining CMU Tech, Ferro found her passion for education while assisting students in the agriculture science program at Fruita Monument High School.

Outside of the classroom, Ferro works part-time as a technician at a local clinic and shows horses professionally at the state and national level.
