Connor Fields is a three-time Olympic BMX cyclist

On February 10, Colorado Mesa University welcomed three-time Olympic BMX cyclist Connor Fields to campus.

During his brief time at CMU, Fields stopped by the bike pump track for a meet and greet with CMU's cycling team, youth with Boneshaker Adventures and community members. While students showed off their cycling skills, Fields showed off the gold medal he won in the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Later that night, Fields spoke at the Grand Depart Dinner as the keynote speaker, highlighting his career and providing encouragement to the cycling team for their upcoming season.

CMU’s cycling team is gearing up for both the BMX nationals in March and road nationals in May.
