Hotel Maverick Shaw Construction Project Engineer and Alumnus Logan Cole
Cole graduated from CMU with his construction management degree and headed straight to Shaw Construction to work as a project engineer. He has worked on numerous projects including many on the CMU campus. The newest project he is spearheading is the Hotel Maverick, a teaching hotel located on the CMU campus.
Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering Sarah Lanci
Lanci has taught at CMU for six years now and walks us through her journey before and how she came to CMU including what first drove her to the engineering field. We discuss girls in STEM and the best parts of being an engineering faculty member. Lanci also talks about the Go Baby Go event where engineering students modify ride-on electric cars for local disabled children.
