Suit Up…For Intrigue

Miss Holmes staged as radio drama for live audience and for audio stream

When an anonymous note sends a newlywed wife looking for help, Miss Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Dorothy Watson work together to uncover the secrets surrounding a corrupt police inspector. Inspired by the works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Miss Holmes is a clever reimagining of his iconic characters, pitting them not only against cunning criminal masterminds, but also against restrictive gender rules of Victorian society.

CMU Theatre will present Miss Holmes, written by Christopher M. Walsh and directed by Ben Reigel, as a radio drama before a live audience. Live foley will be created in view of the audience by theatre major, Brittany McDermott. Audience members can choose to be a part of the live "studio" audience by attending the play in Robinson Theatre April 8-10 or can choose to stream the audio from April 14-22.

Tickets are available for purchase online.
