Textbook Return Policy

  1. All returns must be accompanied by sales receipt and photo ID.
  2. Fall/Spring -- Textbooks may be returned for a full refund during the first week of the semester, or within 2 days of purchase. During the first 30 days of class, a full refund may be obtained with proof of schedule change.
    • New books must be in mint condition;
    • Shrink-wrapped packages or books must be unopened;
    • Software included with a book must be unopened.
  3. Books/materials for Summer or January term may be returned during first week of session only.
