Download the App

Check your class schedule on the go and stay up-to-date with upcoming events and recent news, all through the CMU Mobile App. Search "CMU Mobile" in the App Store or Google Play.

Purchase your textbooks online to avoid the lines at the The Maverick Store. Online ordering for Fall 2019 textbooks is available starting Monday, July 29. Orders placed online can be picked up starting Friday, August 16 through Tuesday, August 20 in the parking lot next to the Bookstore and Albers Hall.

A new WiFi device onboarding application was implemented to make it easier to register wireless devices like tablets, the Amazon Echo, gaming systems, Smart TVs, and Roku. Residence Hall students may now share their wireless devices with roommates and friends. You can do all this by enabling “AirGroup” during your device registration. As a reminder, the Network Device Registration app can be found in the MAVzone. Be sure to check out the Get Connected page on the CMU website for additional details.

Outdoor Program

CMU's headquarters for outdoor adventure and education has moved. The new Outdoor Program facility is located south of campus at 1060 North Avenue. Students, alumni and community members can rent gear from 9am to 5pm, seven days a week. Learn more about the Outdoor Program, local trips and equipment rentals on their website.
