Video Conferencing

Information Technology supports seven video conference rooms on three campuses. The video conference protocol is H.323 IP based and controlled by a Polycom MCG 100 Bridge. Each room is equipped with two cameras for viewing faculty and students and microphones.

Video conferencing is used by Colorado Mesa to provide students in multiple remote locations with a synchronous learning experience similar to being in the same room as the faculty.

Colorado Mesa collaborates with community colleges within its 14 county service region to provide undergraduate and graduate level courses.
