Our event support crew collaborates with other Facilities divisions to support student organization and third party events sponsored by Colorado Mesa University.
Our team supports both indoor and outdoor events through delivery of tables, chairs, and extra trash receptacles. We provide additional support in planning events as needed. We are happy to provide recommendations to help you maximize the use of campus resources and campus facilities.
What does our Event Support Crew do?
- Delivery of tables, chairs, trash receptacles for campus events
- Assist in determining electrical and water needs for campus events
- Coordinate utility locates as needed
