All details are subject to change based on guidance from Mesa County Public Health/Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.

Planning for the commencement ceremonies:

Based on recommendations from Mesa County Public Health, Colorado Mesa University will host three graduation ceremonies, which will be split by academic departments.

Each ceremony will also be live streamed at http://portal.stretchinternet.com/cmumavericks.

Medically vulnerable individuals and people with symptoms of COVID-19, including a cough or fever, should stay home. While we are trying to minimize travel into Mesa County as much as possible, per recommendations from health officials, we recognize some attendees will be from outside of Mesa County. We understand the significance of the moment and it is a decision you will have to make as a family about traveling here. As a reminder, Governor Polis has recommended Colorado residents to be responsible travelers, which consists of not exposing yourself or others to unnecessary health or safety risks.

If you are a graduate and you no longer plan to attend your ceremony, please email our Graduation Manager
