About Me

I was born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado graduating from Pueblo South High school. I then attended Colorado Mesa University where I graduated in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. While I was attending Colorado Mesa, I played club lacrosse and was a volunteer coach in the varsity weight room.

Favorite Thing About Grand Junction

Growing up in Pueblo, I was never really an outdoorsy person. I was big into sports and hanging out with friends. However, that all changed when I came to Grand Junction. I fell in love with the outdoors, becoming a huge fan of hiking, fishing and floating the river. In the wintertime, I became addicted to being on the mountain, snowboarding.

There are several small surrounding cities, along with Grand Junction itself, with many attractions and fun things to do. Some of my favorites are:

  • Grand Junction: floating the Colorado River and ending up at the botanical gardens. Then head over to Kannah Creek Edgewater for some food and live music.
  • Palisade: Hiking Mount Garfield and spending the day in Palisade. Eating some of Palisade's famous peaches.
