Meeting Room Information

UC BallroomThe University Center is home to a 8,500 square foot ballroom that opens out to an atrium and patio overlooking the south end of campus and the Uncompaghre. The University Center staff and our campus dining catering department are available to answer your questions and help with planning your event. Our office is located on the 2nd Floor of the University Center, room 217. Available Rooms

The University Center has 5 meeting rooms and a ballroom available for your meeting, conference or entertainment event. The information provided here are estimated capacity numbers without additional services such as stages, sound equipment, and catering equipment. University Center Ballroom

The Ballroom in the University Center can be reserved for a variety of events. The 8,500 square foot room can be divided into 3 sections, there is a partition wall that can open to the south atrium and 2nd floor terrace. There are 3 LCD projectors and screens in the ballroom, wired and wireless microphones, VGA and HDMI inputs as well as much more. Meeting Rooms

All meeting rooms are equipped with a PC, LCD projector and Screen. All meeting rooms have the ability to project with VGA or HDMI. Meeting rooms are all equipped with sound.

Audio Visual Equipment

The University Center has a variety of AV equipment available for use. Please let the University Center staff know what your needs are and we will work to make your meeting or event a success. The University Center employs students who are trained in the technology of the building and will be able to assist you during your event.

Catering

University Center catering is committed to making your event a success. Our team of catering professionals is available to assist you with planning every aspect of your event. Our culinary team has designed a variety of menus to fit a wide range of tastes and budgets, including regional ingredients, college favorites, and specialty items.
