ITL Program is a Master's of Arts Degree!

Our Initial Teacher Licensure Elementary & Secondary (Math, Science, Social Studies, English or Spanish) programs are now a Master's degree. To apply to this program, please contact Cynthia Chovich, cchovich@coloradomesa.edu or itl@coloradomesa.edu.

Praxis I (PPST) is now the Praxis CORE: Core Academic Skills for Educators

Denver Delta Kappa Gamma Award for Student Teachers

This award is available to a woman who is preparing for a degree and teacher certification, and who will be completing her final year in one of the colleges or universities in Colorado during the 2016-2017 school year.

Summer Stem Camps

The Center for Teacher Education and its Teacher Education Club will be hosting STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) Camps for all intermediate and middle school age students (grades 3rd through 8th) who are interested in innovative STEM careers. These exciting, week long, camps will introduce students to critical problems in our world and inspire them to create innovative solutions. The camps will be held on the CMU campus.
