Student Counseling

Students talking at table All Colorado Mesa University students, full and part-time, are entitled to free counseling sessions with Behavioral Clinical Services located just blocks from main campus. Professional counselors are available to help you with difficult life situations and transitions free of charge.

  • Day and evening appointments can accommodate your schedule
  • On call 24/7 for crisis & emergencies
  • If transportation is a problem, counseling is available by appointment at the Student Health Center office across from campus
  • For emergency calls, dial 970.241.6500, press 1 and wait for a series of clicks and pauses to be connected to the answering service and the on-call therapist.

  • Provide education or therapy groups on campus
  • A modest co-pay may be required; financial hardships may be appealed to the Office of Student Services
