Payment Methods

Students may use a variety of methods to pay their tuition and fees. Refer to the Billing and Due Dates page to determine when your tuition is due to avoid additional late fees and service charges.

Students must complete a FAFSA application in order to receive any type of Financial Aid. Financial Aid options include loans, grants, scholarships, etc. Please discuss Financial Aid options, process, requirements, and deadlines with the Financial Aid Office.

ePay is a secure, online portal where you can view your bill, make one time online payments, and set up payment plans. You may make payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Checking Account through ePay. For more information on ePay click here.

Make checks, money orders, or third party payments payable to Colorado Mesa University, and include the Student ID # (700#) in the memo portion of the check. Mail checks or money orders to:

Make credit, debit, or checking account (ACH/electronic check) payments by calling Student Accounts at (970) 248-1567 Monday- Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM (MT)

Make cash, credit, debit, checking account (ACH/electronic check), or money order payments in person at the Office of Student Accounts located in Lowell Heiny Hall (LHH) on the First Floor. Accounting and Financial Services Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM (MT).

The FLEXmoney account is a prepaid account that is optional and is directly deposited on the MAVcard. FLEXmoney can be used in several CMU departments around campus. For more information on FLEXmoney click here.

Colorado Mesa University works in conjunction with Flywire, an efficient and economical payment solution for our international students.
