North Avenue Hall North Avenue Hall

North Avenue Hall is co-ed and houses 304 students. North Avenue is configured in five or six-bed suites in the east wing and six-bed apartments in the north wing. All of the beds in North Avenue Hall have extra-long twin mattresses. North Avenue Hall offers a study lounge, a community room, laundry rooms and vending machines. A student staffed front desk is also provided for your security and convenience. You can check out games, vacuums, and cleaning supplies.

The fifth floor of North Ave is designated as a Study Intensive floor. Study intensive communities bring together students who share a commitment to establish and maintain an atmosphere conducive to academic excellence. Residents agree to the terms of this lifestyle by signing a special contract. The purpose of this floor is to bring a commitment to establish and maintain an atmosphere conducive to academic excellence. At the beginning of the Fall Semester, each floor will decide upon 3 hours of Community Hours. Residents will abide by the Courtesy Hours and the Community Hours as established by your floor. Residents understand that Courtesy Hours take precedence over Community Hours and residents will take an active role in establishing and enforcing these hours.
