Group Exercise

Colorado Mesa University’s Hamilton Rec Center offers a wide variety of Group Exercise classes to meet different fitness levels and different interests. Classes include Cycling, indoor and outdoor Yoga, Strength Training classes, Functional Cross Training classes, Zumba, Self Defense, Ballroom Dancing, and Aquatics. The Hamilton Rec Center offers classes for those who are new to group fitness classes and/or exercise programs. Our “101 Classes" serve as an introduction to the regular Group Exercise classes.

Class size is limited to no more than

30 participants unless otherwise noted.

*Cycling classes are limited to 22 participants
