Splash- Jump right in – the water’s great! This water exercise class focuses on both cardiovascular and strength. The added benefit of training in water makes our aqua workouts safe and fun with low impact to the joints. We’ll use Aqua Joggers, Power Fins, Aqua steps and more!

Yoga Flow- This class consists of 50 minutes of vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa means flowing from one position into the next with very few resting periods. This is yoga that will make you sweat!
