Colorado Mesa University is proud to offer not only a variety of online courses, but also a selection of fully online degree programs. 

Bachelor degrees:

Bachelor of Art in Liberal Arts, Elementary Education licensure - combines Education courses delivered by videoconference technology at CMC campuses across the region, and selected online courses

Bachelor of Science in Nursing - degree completion (RN to BSN)

The Registered Nurse to Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program is accredited by the Colorado State Board of Nursing, and the Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education.  This online RN-BSN program, allows registered nurses with an Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing to advance their degree. Registered nurses can continue their employment with this flexible program by completing:

  • Nursing classes on a part-time basis over two years
  • Nursing classes on a full-time basis over one year
  • Take nursing courses online or in a classroom setting on the MSC campus
  • Pre-requisites program requirements and general education coursework through local community colleges or MSC online as needed

Bachelor of Science in Sport Management

The Bachelor of Science in Sport Management serves students in their chosen profession so they will be better prepared to enter the world of sport business, or pursue a graduate degree.  Opportunities for college graduates with sport management education and experience are very diverse and challenging.

Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Administration/Public Safety - degree completion

The Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Administration/Public Safety combines the technical skills of public safety professionals with management training necessary for success and advancement.  A unique program of study, the BAS allows students who have already earned an Associate of Applied Science degree, or have completed a federal or state certified training program in law enforcement, fire sciences, emergency medical services, or related fields to build on their technical specialties.

Bachelor of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology - degree completion

The Bachelor of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology degree program combine the technical skills and patient care skills necessary for success in today’s health care arena.  A unique program, this BAS degree allows students who have already earned an Associate of Applied Science degree to build on their technical specialties.  Courses to be taken include advanced patient care, quality management, informatics in radiology, research and areas of specialization such as CT, MR, and mammography.

Bachelor of Art in Liberal Arts, Elementary Education licensure - online & videoconference technology

The Center for Teacher Education at Colorado Mesa University offers a comprehensive program of study that leads to licensure in the State of Colorado.  The “distance” form of this degree program provides access to the degree and elementary education licensure through Colorado Mesa ’s Montrose Campus, and selected campuses of our partners at Colorado Mountain College, and Colorado Northwestern Community College.  Students can complete their pre-requisite courses through MSC Online, or at the campuses themselves.

The Associate of Art or Associate of Science degree provides an excellent path towards a future bachelor degree program.  The online Associate degree programs listed below contain the Colorado General Education Core, and meet the lower division general education requirements at most Colorado public colleges and universities.
