Theatre arts presents “All’s Well That Ends Well”
Sunday, October 18, 2015 10:00 AM
The Colorado Mesa University Department of Theatre Arts continues its 2015-16 season with one of William Shakespeare’s classic love stories. All’s Well That Ends Well runs Nov. 11–14 at 7:30pm in the Moss Performing Arts Center’s Robinson Theatre.
A comedy, All’s Well that Ends Well is one of Shakespeare’s most modern romances. It is the tale of the orphaned Helena and her love for the adventure-seeking Bertram, who wants nothing to do with her. This classic, directed by department head Tim Pinnow, proves the adage that the course of true love never did run smooth. The play will be presented much as it was in Shakespeare’s day — with the stage brought out into the audience for a much more intimate theatre-going experience. The performance is appropriate for audience members of all ages.
Tickets for All’s Well that Ends Well are available online from the CMU Box Office or by calling 970.248.1604. Faculty/staff and student rush prices will apply on Nov. 11. Rush tickets are $5 for faculty and staff and $4 for students.
