Tuesday - Friday; 10:00 am - 2:00 pm excluding holidays and CMU breaks and one hour before Colorado Mesa University theatre, music and dance performances. If purchasing tickets in person, please call ahead to confirm hours.

Location:

Main Lobby of the Moss Performing Arts Center one block north of North Avenue on 12th Street.

Parking:

When purchasing tickets during business hours, you may park in the pull around in front of Moss for 15 minutes.

During performances, all parking lots across the street from Moss and the parking garage one block north of Moss are free after 6 pm and on weekends.

Box Office Policies and Procedures:

Will Call

All tickets purchased online and over the phone will be held in will call and will be available at the performance one hour prior to show time. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before curtain. In the event of a sold out show, your seats may be released if they are not picked up as of 5 minutes prior to curtain.

Seating Policy

Productions begin on time. The theatre will generally open for seating 30 minutes before curtain. Late seating is at the discression of the house manager and may not be allowed.

House Rules

Food, beverages and smoking are not permitted in the theatre. The use of cameras and recording devices is strictly prohibited. Please turn off all cell phones and pagers. Children under five and strollers are not permitted in the theatre.

Refunds

All tickets are non-refundable. Exchanges for another show may be available during daytime box office hours. Seating exchanges may be available during daytime box office hours. We apologize that we cannot accomodate seating exchanges within one hour of show time.
