Distance Learning Cards

Once a student is admitted and enrolled at Colorado Mesa University, the student should have a MAVcard. In order for students who are taking classes remotely to get a MAVcard, they must send in a completed MAVcard Order Form via fax or U.S. Mail. Our fax number is 970.248.1821 and our mailing address is:

All students requesting a distance learning MAVcard are charged a fee of $15.00. On the bottom of the form, please select whether you are paying with check or credit card. Please do not send cash. Colorado Mesa University is not responsible for any lost items or cash mailed to the university.
