About our New Majors:

We have made some exciting changes to our majors within the Kinesiology Department.

Our major in Bachelors of Arts Degree in Kinesiology now has the following three concentration choices:

Adapted Physical Education
K-12 Physical Education Fitness
Health Promotion (formerly Exercise Science)

We have added a new Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science.

If you are currently a Kinesiology major in Exercise Science you have three choices:

1. You can stay with your current concentration

2. You can switch to the Fitness and Health Promotion Degree

3. You can switch to the new Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science.

We continue to offer our two other Bachelor of Science Degrees in Athletic Training and Sport Management.
