The Office of Institutional Research, Planning and Decision Support provides data and responds to frequently asked questions about Colorado Mesa University's students, faculty, staff and academic programs. Use the menu at the left to access our data and reports.

Select the type of data and data elements you need by answering the questions below. Please make sure your name and email address are complete and correct so that we can follow up with you as needed. Please Note: The form cannot be submitted until all required fields are completed. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission.

REVIEW, APPROVAL, AND FULFILLMENT OF THE DATA REQUEST

All data requests will be reviewed by the Office of Institutional Research, Planning and Decision Support (IRPDS) for compliance with federal and state regulations and university policies regarding proper use of institutional/student data. IRPDS staff may need to follow-up with the requester for clarification, and the process might also involve consultation with other departments. In general, requests will be fulfilled within 10 business days after final approval. During peak reporting periods please allow at least 3 weeks for fulfillment. Data will typically be provided in an Excel spreadsheet, Word or PDF document.

**Pursuant to the Colorado Mesa University data sharing policy, files containing personally identifiable information related to students, faculty, or staff (unit-level records) cannot be provided except where noted. Aggregate data, reports, and data sets absent personally identifiable fields are not subject to FERPA regulations but should still be handled with care.
