  • Value $amounts are subject to change pending funds available.

Colorado Mesa University Academic (Colorado) Scholarship -

Social and Behavioral Sciences

Value: Up to $1000

Criteria:

  • Must attend Colorado Mesa University full-time (at least 12 credits per semester).
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.


Aspinall Scholarship

Criteria:

  • Must attend Colorado Mesa University full-time (at least 12 credits per semester).
  • Class rank of Junior or Senior.
  • Must be majoring in one of the Social & Behavioral Sciences programs.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.

 

Jack, Wiley, and Calvin Gower History Scholarship

Value: $1000
Criteria:

  • Must attend Colorado Mesa University full-time (at least 12 credits per semester).
  • Must be majoring in History.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.3.


Dale J. Hollingsworth Scholarship

Value: $1000
Criteria:

  • Must attend Colorado Mesa University full-time (at least 12 credits per semester).
  • Must be majoring in Political Science.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.

 

Don MacKendrick History Scholarship

Value: $1000
Criteria:

  • Must attend Colorado Mesa University full-time (at least 12 credits per semester).
  • Must be majoring in History.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.5.

 

Jose Peer Memorial Scholarship

Value: $1,400
Criteria:

  • Must attend Colorado Mesa University full-time (at least 12 credits per semester).
  • Must be majoring in Political Science.
  • Minimum institutional cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Must have completed 12 credit hours of Political Science.

Sandra Hays Sells Memorial Scholarship

Value: $1000 or as determined by funds available

Criteria:

  • Must attend Colorado Mesa University full-time (at least 12 credits per semester).
  • Must have graduate from De Beque, Palisade, Gateway, or Plateau Valley High School.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Preference given to students majoring in Language, Literature, & Communication, History or Music.
