On Campus Table/Chair Reguest

The Facilties Services Department provides tables/chairs for all Colorado Mesa University departments, clubs and organizations for on-campus use. Please complete the following form when making a request. All requests must be received one (1) week in advance.

Off Campus Table/Chair Reguest

For some special CMU club and/or organization events, the Facilities Department will allow tables and chairs to be used off campus. In this event, you will need to complete the following form for approval at least one (1) week prior to the event. It should be noted that clubs/organizations are required to both pickup and return tables and/or chairs.
