Facilities Services provides tables, chairs and other support as needed for events sponsored by campus clubs and departments.
There is a limited number of tables and chairs available and they will be reserved for use on a first come, first serve basis.
Requests should be submitted at least seven days prior to the event.
Facility Services cannot approve events.
Student Clubs and Organizations
Student clubs and organizations should submit their requests for tables and chairs through the form on Org Sync provided by Student Life.
Campus departments can request tables and chairs for their events via the form provided below. The form can be filled and then emailed to email@example.com. Requestors will receive an email within a few days to confirm the request has been accepted and that Facilities Services is able to meet the request at the designated time.
